Meadowville Technology Park is a premiere master-planned, publicly owned industrial park located in business-friendly Chesterfield County. Interchange at Walthall
This industrial park located directly off Interstate 95 features a variety of properties and buildings. This location offers Local Technology Zone Incentives, full or partial exemption of BPOL fees, connection fee credits for water and wastewater as well as other fee credits or exceptions.
Upper Magnolia Green
This development includes a 1,700-acre technology park suitable for several purposes: computer equipment manufacturing, office, laboratory, data center, electronic component and accessories manufacturing, pharmaceutical products manufacturing and research and development facilities. The development received a $25 million state grant that will boost infrastructure design and utility improvements.
